Steven was born in Malaysia and started taking pictures as a passion after a high school photography shooting event. He fell into the Black and White photography, darkroom development and the beloved Kodachrome color reversal film while pursuing his EE degree in college.
He migrated to the Austin-Round Rock area in 1998 and is a self-taught photographer with over 33 years experience in Landscape, Still Life, Cultural and Street Photography. Steven has received multiple international and local photography award and offers private photography classes to his clients.
Steven's "Milky Way at Enchanted Rock" won the 2017 Texas Night Sky Festival Photography Contest Best in Show Award.
