The Hill Country Photography Club is an informal group of photographers of all ages and experience who are interested in exploring photography as an art medium. HCPC strives to help members improve their individual photographic styles as well as to learn more about the art and science of photography. PODS, aka the Photographers of Dripping Springs, is an organization of local Dripping Springs community members. PODS banded together for business, networking, and education. Members are both amateurs and professionals, who meet regularly to learn, to shoot and to share our photography. Our activities include regular monthly meetings, field trips, workshops and other learning opportunities, exhibitions, and support of local civic organizations. We strive to promote a community of photographers without borders of professionalism, and to raise the knowledge and understanding of capturing individual beauty. The Hays County Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalist program is an educational, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to developing a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach, and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within Hays County.
